On July 23, CAMCE mid-year work conference of 2021 was held. Wang Bo, Chairman of CAMCE, Zhou Yamin, Chairman of the First Board of Supervisors of SINOMACH, Ding Jian, Chairman of China IPPR, and Wang Yuhang, General Manager of CAMCE, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Shengcheng, Deputy General Manager of CAMCE. 

　　At the meeting, Ding Jian conveyed the spirit of SINOMACH mid-year work conference of 2021, focusing on the group’s work ideas and work deployment in the second half of the year. 

　　Wang Yuhang made a mid-year work report titled Anchor the Goal and Work Hard to Promote High-quality Development of Enterprises with High-level Integration and Innovation. The report pointed out that during the first half of the year, the general operating conditions of CAMCE gradually stabilized and improved. The report also makes arrangements for the business and operation of the company in the second half of 2021. 

　　Wang Bo explained and presented the planning ideas and development goals of CAMCE's 14th Five-Year Plan. He indicated that transformation and upgrading is the need to face major changes unseen in a century, and it is also the need to break the bottleneck of enterprise’s development and to survive. During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan, CAMCE will implement the concept of integrated development, make full use of the internal resources of the company and actively integrate into the new dual circulation development pattern. It is emphasized that the whole CAMCE system should fully understand the importance of transformation and upgrading, and call on managers and heads at all levels to take the lead in promoting the transformation and upgrading. 

　　All senior executives of CAMCE in Beijing, members of the First Board of Supervisors of SINOMACH, management of subsidiaries such as IPPR and BMHRI, middle management of CAMCE, IPPR and BMHRI, overseas chief representatives of CAMCE, representatives of the Communist Youth League committee, workers and labor union of CAMCE participated the meeting at site or via video.
